How much will it cost me?
We will act for you on a no win - no fee basis, which means that unless we are successful you do not pay a penny.
Our fee is 25% plus VAT of the damages recovered. This is a total fee of 29.37%.
Example
If we recover £1,500.00 our fee will be £440.55 and you will receive the balance of £1,059.45.
You don’t pay anything up front, not even the fee for obtaining the records from your company, which is charged by many of our competitors.
